Once again, Alberta Society for Asian Popular Arts (ASA)A), the society that manages Animethon, is holding their Annual General. From the ASAPA Website:
Hello everyone,
It’s that time of the year again for ASAPA to hold an Annual General Meeting.
The meeting will be held at 1PM on Sunday, May 16, 2010 at the MacEwan University
City Centre Campus located at 10700 104 Avenue in downtown Edmonton, AB.
Room number to be announced.Please note that all memberships will expire five minutes prior to the meeting.
Memberships will be available at the meeting. The membership fee is $5 Canadian.If any of you has any business you would like to bring up at the AGM please submit
that information to the President and Secretary of the Society at least 14 days
before the meeting.As a reminder there will be elections held for the Board of Directors at this
meeting. The Board of Directors currently consists of a President, Vice-President,
Secretary, Treasurer, and three Directors at Large.Hope to see you there!
